Before you call
What does a typical event cost?
It depends on the room, the run of show and how many of the eight services you need. A single-room corporate panel and a black-tie gala with full lighting, audio, video and staging are different orders of magnitude.
Tell us the date, venue and headcount and you will get a written quote with crew, gear and timeline broken out, not a range.
How far ahead should we book?
Earlier is better, particularly for dates in the autumn gala season and December. That said, we have taken on events at short notice when the crew and gear were free. Ask, even if the date is close.
Do you handle everything, or do we hire separate vendors?
Everything. Lighting, audio, video and IMAG, staging, photography, digital graphics, show calling and production management all come from one team, which is the point of working with us. No coordinating four vendors who have never met.
Are you insured?
Yes, and we provide certificates of insurance naming your venue as additional insured. Tell us what your venue requires and we will get the paperwork to them directly.
Do you work outside New York City?
Regularly. Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island and the wider tri-state area are routine. Further afield is possible depending on the scope, so ask.
Who will actually be on site?
Jeremy or Jennifer is on every job, not just at the sales stage. The crew size scales with the event, but you will always have one of the two principals in the room.
